Prof Lobo has opened an AFT laboratory at his 17 Harley Street Clinic site and offers both Tilt testing as well as more comprehensive cardiovascular autonomic function testing there with dedicated autonomic neurophysiologists to both undertake and report the tests. Importantly patients cannot self-refer for AFTs and have to be referred by a clinician and have a consultation so that a detailed clinical assessment can be made in order to determine which AFTs are most appropriate.
